Job Title:Customs Clearance Specialist (Graphics Card and Server Import Supply Chain)

Job Description:We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customs Clearance Specialist for the graphics card and server import supply chain, responsible for handling import/export customs procedures, ensuring swift and compliant clearance, and optimizing the supply chain clearance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle import/export customs declarations for graphics cards, servers, and related hardware;

• Prepare and review customs documents to ensure compliance with regulations;

• Communicate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and logistics companies to resolve clearance issues;

• Monitor clearance progress to ensure timely customs processing;

• Maintain customs data and generate clearance-related reports;

• Stay updated on the latest customs policies and international trade regulations to optimize clearance processes.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, or related fields;

• 2+ years of experience in customs clearance or import/export operations, with experience in graphics cards or servers preferred;

• Familiarity with Chinese customs regulations and international trade policies;

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;

• Proficient in office software and customs clearance systems (e.g., Excel, customs software);

• Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Customs Broker Certificate is a plus.
