Job Description:We are seeking a meticulous and communicative Supply Chain Order Management Specialist to coordinate supply chain processes, ensure timely order delivery, and maintain effective communication with suppliers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track order progress and coordinate communication between suppliers, logistics, and clients;
• Ensure timely order delivery, address issues, and provide solutions;
• Maintain supply chain data and generate relevant reports;
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners;
• Assist in optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain or order management;
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and strong data analysis skills;
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
• Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems);
• Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
