Position：General Ledger & Accounting Specialist/Supervisor

Location: Shenzhen

Salary： Negotiable (CNY8K–12K , depending on experience & capability)

Job Responsibilities：

1 Full-cycle general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, monthly/year-end closing

2 Independently handle VAT return, CIT reconciliation & all tax filings as a general taxpayer

3 Proficient in full export tax refund/exemption process (filing, credit/exemption/refund declaration, document collection, verification, etc.)

4 Identify, prevent and manage tax & financial risks, propose internal control improvements

5 Prepare various financial statements, management reports and analysis

6 Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, banks and other external parties

7 Support other ad-hoc finance & tax related tasks

Requirements：

1 College degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting/Taxation preferred

2 At least 3+ years solid hands-on experience in general ledger + taxation in manufacturing/trading companies (must have independent export tax refund experience)

3 In-depth knowledge of China mainland general taxpayer tax compliance and proficient in export tax refund/exemption policies & practices

4 Proficient in mainstream financial software (Kingdee / UFIDA T+/U8/NC etc.), quick learner of new systems is preferred

5 Strong tax risk awareness, numeric sensitivity and logical analytical ability

6 Meticulous, responsible, strong pressure resistance, able to work independently and solve problems proactively

7 Experience in manufacturing/supply chain/foreign trade companies is highly preferred

8 Good command of written & reading English (need to handle English contracts, emails and refund related documents)
